Where Connection Inspires Healing
At Dragonfly Counselling and Wellness, we believe meaningful therapy starts with genuine human connection. We provide a safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive space for healing, walking alongside clients—children, youth, families, couples, and individuals—as they grow and build resilience.
We are currently seeking an In person -Clinical Therapist who is either:
* A Registered Social Worker (MSW), or
* A Registered Psychotherapist (RP, independent practice preferred)

Ideal Candidates
Clinical Therapist (MSW or RP)
· Registered and in good standing with OCSWSSW (RSW) or CRPO (RP) with Independent Practice
· Trained in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, IFS, ACT, EMDR, DBT, or narrative therapy
· Comfortable working with a wide range of clients (individuals, youth, couples, families)
· Experience working with Indigenous populations and/or first responders is a strong asset
· Strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and collaborative approach
· Holds professional liability insurance & Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check -Minimum 2 weekday shifts, with the ability to grow to 3+ shifts as needed
Key Responsibilities
· Provide psychotherapy using client-centered and trauma-informed care
· Maintain clear, timely, and confidential documentation
· Uphold ethical standards and regulatory requirements
· Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development
· Option to facilitate group therapy sessions (e.g., emotion regulation, anxiety, grief, etc.)
