What is the cost of therapy, do you offer sliding scale?

Our sessions vary in cost and depends if want to see an associate therapist for individual therapy at $150 or clinical lead at $195. Our couples therapy cost is $180.

Yes, of course we offer sliding scale. We believe mental health services should be accessible to everyone! Ask us about our sliding scale costs.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not directly accept insurance, but many clients use their extended health benefits to cover the cost of therapy. Please check with your insurance provider to see if they offer coverage for mental health services.

We are NIHB providers and accept Non-Insured Health Benefits for First-Nations.

How do I know if you're the right therapist for me?

Finding the good therapist is like finding a comfy pair of shoes, sometimes you gotta try a few before one feels right!

During your first session, you can get a sense of whether you feel comfortable with our approach. If you don’t feel it’s a good fit, we’re happy to help you find another professional who may be a better match for your needs.

Is what I share in therapy confidential?

Yes, everything shared in therapy is confidential. There are legal exceptions, such as if you are at risk of harm to yourself or others, but otherwise, your privacy is a top priority. Your therapist will explain confidentiality in detail during your first session.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If you miss a session without prior notice, the full session fee may apply.
